Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions that will serve as a legal agreement between Rockstone Consultancy and you in the use of this website.

In addition and prior to the commencement of our services, all our clients are provided with a Service Level Agreement.  This is contractual and complements the information which is on this page.  This Contract, which is compliant with IR35, is signed by Rockstone Consultancy and our client.

Event Cancellations and Refunds

Written cancellations received 2 weeks or more before the conference date will qualify for a full refund. Written cancellations made between 2 weeks and 1 week before the conference date will qualify for a 50% + VAT refund per ticket. Cancellations made less than a week before the conference date will not quality for a refund.

All cancellations must be made in writing to hello@rockstoneconsultancy.com  Rockstone Consultancy reserves the right to alter the program without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We also reserve the right in our absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel the program in which all monies will be refunded. 

Other events, as listed through Eventbrite etc.  will show the cancellation requirements.

Invoice Payment

It is expected that invoices will be addressed in a timely manner, by our partners and those accessing our services. An administrative fee of between 5% – 12% can be applied if invoices are not settled by the due date. If persistent non payment becomes and issue, a further administrative fee can be applied.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) to give you a refund, if you cancel your contract, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or to the agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the services ordered by you in the relevant transaction.

Changes to Terms and Conditions and Website

Rockstone Consultancy reserves the right to make changes to our Terms and Conditions and our website. By securing a service on the website, you accept Rockstone Consultancy Terms and Conditions and will be subject to those in force at the time of your signing of contract. If for any reason any of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition shall not be affected. This agreement is governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.

These terms and conditions and any disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of these terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
