An award-winning Senior University Lecturer and international public speaker, Gifford trains, coaches and consults on leadership at the highest levels in the education, corporate and voluntary sectors.

Dr Janice Lendor

Wellbeing Coach and Expert in Ethics, Health & Occupational Law

Janice is an experienced medic as well as a trained counsellor and coach who draws on different models to support leaders to increase self-awareness, build empathy and improve communication. She loves facilitating and encouraging open conversations to improve mental health & wellbeing.

Janice is passionate about employee engagement and peer support that promotes advocacy to change personal wellbeing and a burnout-free lifestyle.

Bobby Bovell

Chief Corporate Leadership Strategist

Bobby is passionate about the links between diversity, inclusion, creativity, innovation and growth.

His background is a tapestry of diversity. He has served as an ordained minister, a metropolitan police constable and a business coach and is an award-winning recording artist.

As a practitioner with over 17 years of experience in championing inclusion leadership, Bobby marshals his passion and experiences in empowering diverse communities in companies to overcome the limiting beliefs that prevent them from reshaping themselves. He is fluent in English and Danish.

Lisa Thorne

Global Cultural Alignment Specialist

Lisa is a towering figure in cross-cultural training across global markets. Her early career as a political journalist specialising in South Asia fuelled her passion for new, creative ways to bring people together. Her expertise is in linking culture to performance and creating measurable business value.

Lisa is passionate about collaborating with global stakeholders, analysing key metrics and data in communication strategies to drive a coherent, dynamic and focussed business profitability. She is conversant several European and South Asian languages.

Thomas Mwadime

Senior DEI Corporate Specialist and Project Manager

Thomas comes with several years of experience in the DEI sector. His deliverables in learning design, delivery, and project leadership are internationally reputed to be results-driven. His midas touch, informed by his background in stylism and spatial design, is his ability to co-create integrated, ecosystemic thinking for commercially competitive organisations.

Thomas is passionate about people. A cosmopolitan man himself, he thrives in spaces of difference, offering psychological safety to facilitate difficult and life-changing conversations and processes. He is fluent in English and Swahili.

Kelly Rendell

Senior Consultant on Wellbeing and Future@Work

Kelly’s expertise is drawn from her long experience in project management in the NHS, Local Authority, Education and Voluntary sector, improving mental health outcomes for children, young people and adults. As trained psychologist, she specialises in race theory, implicit associations and unconscious bias to inform practice and champion equity.

Kelly has a passion for raising awareness about trauma informed practices and a commitment to equip and support marginalised groups to navigate change and thrive in new environments.

Mfakazi Ndebele

Leadership Development Coach/Trainer and Change Management Consultant.

Mfakazi has 35 years of expertise and knowledge in working with top global organisations, including FTSE 500 companies. His MBA, NLP, leadership and coaching qualifications conspire to provide a flexible coaching and consulting approach. He is passionate about driving transformational change in organisations by helping leaders to overcome their strategic and operational challenges, accelerating their ability to get the best from themselves and for their workplaces.

Mfakazi is presently completing his PhD in Leadership Development, which looks at how systems and organisational structure can be best streamlined to accommodate diverse talent.
