Later on today, I will be delivering a #workshop on Snow-Capped Glass Ceilings to a #thinktank society. The #concept of snow-capped organisations refers to companies that have a ceiling that is top-heavy with white people and therefore is imbalanced in their #leadership and #decisionmaking.
During the presentation, we will discuss the negative impact of snow-capped ceilings on their #employees, #customers, and overall #business#performance. We will also explore strategies to break the #glassceiling (so that we have a more balanced and #equitable leadership structure), promote #diversityandinclusion, encourage employee participation, and foster a #culture of collaboration and open communication.
As we strive to create a more equitable and just society, I think it’s crucial that businesses reflect these #values in their leadership and decision-making processes in a tangible and visible way.
