It was great doing a session with KYMIRA a couple of weeks ago – a highly talented crew of groundbreaking entrepreneurs in sportswear, with visionary leadership. We looked at the Metaverse of Diversity, where the challenges of connecting and aligning work culture with a diverse market are a constant.
I was particularly impressed with their keen desire to start putting in the work with respect to making the necessary internal, structural changes to expand their reach. Belonging is key. It’s a slow but intentional process.
At the end of the day, KYMIRA‘s about touching people’s lives to optimise their living. Their greatest asset is their workforce who not only want a buy-in to but own KYMIRA‘s vision. Now that’s ‘belonging’.
