Have you ever listened to a #podcast while ironing (say) a shirt, and when it’s done, you stopped and thought, “What the heck”?
Well, that’s just happened to me.
My friend and colleague, Amit Popat, blew me away with the way he drove this discussion, maintaining the tension between the much-needed work of #DEIB and its indispensable soulmate, #socialjustice. For Amit, if #justice is what #love looks like in public, then the work of D&I is also what love also looks like in public.
I just loved his #humility and #spirit-led reflections on the #transformation work he does and consequently, the #impact it makes. I’m proud to be working with him. (Mind you, Professor Dr. Funke Abimbola MBE and her son are equally awesome!)
You’ve got to take a listen!
